The promotional audio-visual productions, images, text, and marks appearing on and/or downloadable from this site ("Works") are, and shall remain, the Intellectual Property of The Stockroom, Inc. ("Stockroom"). Upon your agreeing to be bound to the agreement applicable to your relationship with Stockroom (e.g., the Affiliate Agreement, if you are an affiliate) you may be granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to employ the Works solely to promote the availability of Stockroom branded goods and/or services (e.g. Stockroom®, Stormy Leather®, KinkLab®, etc.). Any use other than expressly permitted herein, such as the promotion on non-Stockroom branded goods and/or services is expressly prohibited and shall be deemed an infringement of Stockroom's copyrights, trademarks and such other rights as may be applicable. Said license shall automatically expire immediately upon your discontinuing the relationship with Stockroom, or upon notice (which may, but need not be delivered electronically) from Stockroom of its intent to terminate the license in its sole and exclusive discretion. As partial consideration for your being granted the limited license specified herein, you agree that any dispute related to the use of the Works shall be resolved exclusively in the California Superior Court or the United States District Court, Central District of California, located in Los Angeles, California and you hereby agree to the personal jurisdiction of said court(s) and waive any challenge thereto based on personal jurisdiction, forum non-conveniens and any and all other such defenses.
